I almost never run flash more, except on a small handful of sites that require it (and which I used for years). I know that a previous version (19.0.0.226) works on my SP2 system, so you can try and install it (even if she is no longer the safer version). However, this page is not dated, nor the version number specified, so I do not know if the requirement of SP3 was just to publish for Flash Player v20, or if it has been the 'official' requirement for a while now. Maybe it's because we are still in Service Pack 2 for XP. I have the same problem on one of my machines and similar settings.
